I first tried an 8 speed Sachs freewheel on the WTB grease guard (classic) hubs on my steel Phoenix, but the block was too wide. Trying again with this one. A 12-32 would have been better, but this should do the job.
I am having a Type II fork repaired and thought I needed Campagnolo dropouts. Turns out the fork is made with Shimano... no fear though, I found those too!
I recall seeing these rims around 1991 or so. Super light at around 398 grams claimed. I also recall my pal having one tear apart when he was finishing the Canadian downhill nationals in 1992!
